The thing that's been missing from my hand...
well, not really. Quite excellent on nearly every level though.. The (short) swords are sturdy, elegant, and quite unique looking. My hands are unfortunate me, rather small, and cough, uh, elfin... Handling a sword with one hand is an unlikely proposition, but these `knives' fit like they were made for me... maybe they were... ;) The distinct design is hard to miss... no one's going to see them and be like, wow, what a dull piece of metal... nope, no how! The scabbards, which seem to be sold seperately, are quite attractive too, and a snug fit.
kay, negatives... mmm, well, due to their size they'll be hard to transport without other people... possible cantankerous authorities, noticing... upon receiving though, i noticed some small smudges worked into the etching.... while it does give the blades an authentic war-worn feel, im not sure where from... oiling? scabbard wear? magic? Also, the color of the handle on mine was light brown, not white.
