beautiful but wrong size!
I am not normally one to give negative reviews, but this is the second item I have ordered from JAF and received the wrong size. This time I emailed and specifically asked that no substitutions be made as I definitely needed the 16" size. When the package arrived, I unwrapped a beautiful shiny new 18" plateau (which I already have 2 of!)
Emails asking to rectify the problems have had no response.
Good luck to anyone else ordering to get the right size!
