A great skillet! I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. We have both used it and both really like it. It has decently high fry pan sized sides which we definitely were looking for.
Pros: Substantial. Great anti stick quality. Great convenience with the detachable handle. Exudes quality.
Cons: Other than price we really don't have any big gripes. My wife doesn't quite use this as her go to pan yet because she considers it a little on the heavy side (but not cast iron heavy) and it takes a while to heat up. I consider it my go pan. It has done me a great job on steaks and on sausages so far.
If you don't mind paying around $100 for an anti stick frying pan I think you would be hard pressed to find one better than this. I would almost bet it will last many years.
