A great pan if you treat it right
So if you read the reviews on the newer PTFE- and PFOA-free nonstick cookware, you'll typically see people loving their pans in the first week, and hating them after 3 months, when the nonstick coating starts to chip away or it stops being nonstick. That does not appear to be the case here.
I've had this pan now for two and half months and have used it at least 10 times a week, cooking my breakfast in it everyday, and typically using it to make dinner at least 3 or 4 times a week. So I've put it through a lot of good use and it is still going strong. However, I feel the need to dispel a few rumors about nonstick cookware, and perhaps woks in general.
1) This pan is fragile. Treat it accordingly. If you read in the users guide (and I imagine most people don't) it spells out a few care instructions. Don't whack the pan against a hard surface - doing so will break the ceramic coating, shortening its lifespan. Also, do not put a hot pan under water as that can cause...
