Terrible experience from the start
I purchased four of these chairs and was so excited about them until it took three weeks to get. When I received my package they only sent one set instead of two, which when ordering it clearly say set of two so you'd think the person processing this would notice that. When I called customer service asking about the other set they told me it would be yet another week and a half before I got the other two. I started to put together the first two last night and couldn't even get one assembled. There were no directions at all, one of the legs was all scratched up so I gave up. Overall the look of the chair is like pictured just a bit darker. Good luck with the bolts and lining them with holes.
