Good Grinder and mostly what I wanted.
I purchased this grinder from the local Indian store and not from Amazon, who was also ready to provide 1 year of support for free.
I did take the grinder to the store to fix the jamed motor 2 times in a year which was fixed quickly, but I think we use it too much.
We use it like 2 times a week, yes we eat Dosas and Idlies atleast 3 times a week.
Overall, I am happy with the unit it works well.
Update:
The grinder grinded to a halt, quite literally. the product was out of its 1 year warranty so I thought, I will try to fix it before throwing it away and buy a new one.
Opening the grinder was not difficult and spend some time analyzing it. Then I realized that the air dampener which is at the bottom of the motor was touching the bottom cover and so it was jamming the motor.
On further investigation, I realized that the body of the grinder is not very sturdy and the weight of the batter etc has deformed it and hence...
