Got a deal so I bought these
I was looking for awhile because my present service for 8 became a service for not so many . All the more expensive sets I liked had some bad reviews which put me off . A couple of days ago I stumbled on these in my grocery store of all places . They had them on sale for thirty five dollars a set so I grabbed 3 sets . I haven't had them long enough to say they will stand the test of time , but they look , feel and clean up beautifully . They are replacing my Gibson Everyday which by the way were great every day dishes , I really can't say enough good things about the old Gibson set . This set's cups have no saucers , and nothing is offered in the matching department like the more expensive sets . I can live with that since I was able to buy a service for 12 for $110 , did I mention they match my décor perfectly ? The reason I gave them a 4 star rating is because you can't buy even a matching salad bowl , maybe some day ? Or maybe they are closing these out I don't really know...
