Very poor quality
First of all. I did not purchase my Panacea Coffee Urn through this vendor. I did how ever purchase it through a commercial restaurant supply company.

For what ever reason, this particular Panacea (two tone) model is with out a doubt one of the worst quality coffee urns you could purchase.

My first Panacea (two tone) urn arrived with uneven, discolored, and pitted gold electroplating. The urn was sent directly back to the manufacturing company, and a replacement urn was shipped out. The replacement urn still showed defects in the (gold) electroplating. Uneven color tones, and again pitting. However, not as bad as the first urn purchased.

As nice as this urn looks in the on line photos. The quality of the gold electroplating leaves much to be desired. This urn by no means meets the standard and quality of many other products I've purchased from the manufacture.
