Great when it works
I bought the 9200 model after returning a lower model that was defective. That one would not turned off. The 9200 had just come out so I purchased that. It was difficult to install and leaked. The second plumber finally was able to stop the leak. A few (3 or 4) months later the filters started to leak. They sent new gaskets and continued to leak. After numerous calls for service and he talking to the plumber he recommended I send it back for repairs. I sent it with insurance and paid over 75 dollars to ship. It was returned saying there was nothing wrong with the machine it must be the filters so they sent new filters. It worked well for another few months and it is leaking again from inside the machine this time. This time they will send a label to send the machine back. I have requested my money returned so I can buy another type of product for the water processing. I am waiting to hear what "life time warrenty" means. I have suggested I may have gotten a lemon so just send another...
