Although the board is sturdy and spacious, the fact is that it is not disclosed in the description of the product that the board will be two toned. The board had a white strip across both sides so it marred the uncluttered look I was trying to achieve in my kitchen. What is pictured is not what you will receive. Buyer beware.

This is a follow up review after 2 weeks of usage. The cutting board has started to warp. It has been under normal home use conditions so it is surprising that the warping is starting so soon. I am going to try to oil the block and see whether it flattens out. Will update review.

This is a follow up review after 2 months of usage. The oiling of the block on the concave side and using the reverse side for the last month did the trick and the cutting board is now flat again after about a month. I now reverse the cutting board regularly so that both sides get equal amounts of use and moisture. I oil both sides every 3-4 weeks to keep the...
