incredible knife set
I received a couple of Felix knives about 35 years ago when my parents went to Germany. They have been a mainstay in the kitchen ever since. I bought this set for my daughter and I was envious when they arrived. They are of incredible quality. They have great balance. They are sharp beyond belief. I have mine professionally sharpened about once every 7 years and use steel in between. If hers hold half the edge mine have, I am sure she will be using hers 35 years from now.
