Great Little Mill
I bought this, for food storage, but find I'm using it every other week to make bread. I'm running it by hand, but I'm going to buy the motor base.
It grinds well with very little effort. This is not a cheaply made mill. It's well made and able to stand up to hard use. It comes apart easily for cleaning and spare parts are available.
For long term food storage, buy the motor base and the hand crank kits.
