We love the Primo 900116 design. However, we give it three stars because there isn't a big difference in the water temperatures. The room temp. button is very similar in temp. to the ice cold. Also, we have found that the hot water does not brew our hot tea very well. We were hoping to use the hot water for our nightly hot tea but its just not quite hot enough to brew the tea properly. We are back to the old fashioned tea pot which brews tea to perfection. We also find that when we flip the water bottle over it spills everywhere. This is frustrating. Not sure if we needed to purchase a Primo bottle or if we need to dig out the directions from deep in our files and read them over again. In any case, it does its job and we like its looks but for the price there are a few glitches that would make me think twice about purchasing this product again.
